Is the payment method safe?
Yes, the payment system we use is called Payforit which is a scheme developed by the operators (Vodafone, O2, Orange, T-mobile and Three) to promote a trustworthy and consistent standard for paying by mobile, so that consumers can buy with confidence when they are making one-off payments designed to make it easy to pay for low cost services on the mobile phone.

How do I order?
1. The best thing to do is once you land on the site, select your phone model by going to the "Choose Your Phone" section on the right hand side. Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, make sure you select your phone model (Highlighted in red below). Then you will only see what games and apps are compatible with your phone:

If you're thinking woooaah, let me have a look first, then feel free to browse around the site and then just use the "Choose Your Phone" functionality when you have found something you like:

2. So, you've done that... what next? Well click the Buy Now button. You will then see our to our secure PayForIt page pop up in your browser. From there you will enter the mobile number you want the game sent to.

3. You will then receive a unique code by text message to your mobile phone. To complete your order just enter this code onto the purchase summary confirmation page which will now be showing up on our site.

4. After this you are sent a link on your phone to our WAP site where you can download your game / app. Please remember to save the item to your phone!

I hit the Buy Now button but nothing has happened, what's wrong?
The problem could be that you have a toolbar with a pop up blocker in your browser which is blocking the payment screen from appearing. If so, please click on the pop up blocking and select the option ‘Always allow pop-ups from funzoo.co.uk'. We do not sell ads and have a strong line of defence for spam so the only pop ups you will ever see from us will be for secure payment.

I have Ordered / been charged for content and haven't received it?
A- If the payment has not been made to your mobile phone, you will see an error online. There could be many reasons why payments fail. Please make sure that your phone is turned on and able to accept incoming messages; make sure you have enough credit on the phone; and that you have a good clear signal. If you are still struggling, please contact our support team for further assistance.

B- If the screen suggests payment has been made and you have not received a link to download the content, speak to you provider about setting up your mobile phone to accept WAP push messages. If your handset is set up to accept WAP push, call our helpline and we will gladly resend the item to you free of charge.

The game is not compatible with my phone, what do I do?
Make sure you do not proceed with your purchase until you have selected your phone model. If you have mistakenly proceeded then please email us at cs@funzoo.co.uk and we will help you out. Try to remember to select your phone model first the next time!
